Closed-Course Training

Our training is conducted exclusively on closed courses. It does not include public road driving and is not a substitute for the regulated driver training required to obtain a driver's license in Ukraine.

No Guarantee of License or Exemption

Completion of our training does not guarantee the issuance of a driver's license or exemption from any traffic law.

Inherent Risks

Participation in any driving training involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or vehicle damage. You participate at your own risk.

Individual Results

Individual results may vary based on prior experience, learning pace, and other factors. No specific outcome is guaranteed.

Licensing

We do not provide regulated driver training as defined by Law of Ukraine No. 222-VIII 'On Licensing of Types of Economic Activity' dated 02.03.2015 and Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 487 dated 20.05.1997. Our services are limited to closed-course training. We comply with Law of Ukraine No. 3353-XII 'On Road Traffic' dated 30.06.1993.

Consumer Rights

Consumers may file complaints at contact@mutagenflow.com. For out-of-court dispute resolution, contact the State Consumer Service of Ukraine. These rights are governed by Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10.06.2023 and Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' dated 03.09.2015.
